How it works:  Any smart tv or regular LCD tv made in the last ten years will have a Coaxial antenna / cable jack capable of receiving ATSC (digital) tv signals.

1. connect a digital antenna.  Note the placement of your antenna will impact the quality of reception (higher is generally better)

2. Press INPUT on your remote, select TV

3. Press MENU on your remote, select CHANNELS

4. Run AUTO SCAN or CHANNEL SCAN

Many TV's will display guide information for each channel, for the next two or three upcoming programs.

PC Tuner / PVR:

A variety of computer based tuners are available. This unlocks the power of a home PC to operate a TV tuner with hard disk space for recording your favorite programs.  Many provide picture in picture, recording one show while displaying another.  Output via HDMI and watch on your tv or projector, with screen sizes 100" and larger in 1080i or 2160 4K clarity.
